Role Overview
As an Agile Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects by fostering an Agile mindset, driving collaboration, and ensuring continuous value delivery. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to align priorities, remove impediments, and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and Manage Projects: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Create and maintain Agile roadmaps and schedules.
Facilitate Agile Practices: Lead ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos. Promote self-organization and team empowerment.
Engage Stakeholders: Maintain open communication with stakeholders, provide regular project updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Use Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to track progress and identify areas for team and process improvements.
Risk and Dependency Management: Anticipate challenges, manage risks, and address dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
Coach and Mentor: Support teams and stakeholders in adopting Agile principles and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
We need a driven, results-oriented individual with the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience managing Agile projects (3+ years).
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist certification - Not compulsory - be prepared for assisted prsonal development to get certified.
Experience in [insert industry-specific experience, e.g., software development, renewable energy projects, etc.].
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, or Project Management).
